Trustpilot is seeking a Customer Engagement Manager to drive business adoption of their platform in the Benelux market. You'll collaborate with various stakeholders to maximize customer value and minimize churn. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a focus on customer success.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer engagement or success, ideally within a SaaS environment — you understand the importance of driving product adoption and maximizing customer ROI. You excel in building long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they realize the full value of the solutions provided. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success and Pre-Sales. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and addressing potential risks of churn before they escalate. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about helping customers succeed.

What you'll do

As a Customer Engagement Manager at Trustpilot, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of our platform among Benelux customers. You will work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure that clients are onboarded effectively and that they are leveraging our features to their fullest potential. Your role will involve regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for further engagement. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations that help customers achieve their goals. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Pre-Sales team to demonstrate the value of Trustpilot from the initial stages of the customer journey. Your efforts will be crucial in reducing churn and fostering long-term partnerships with our clients.
