You have a proven track record in customer engagement or success, ideally within a SaaS environment — you understand the importance of driving product adoption and maximizing customer ROI. You excel in building long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they realize the full value of the solutions provided. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success and Pre-Sales. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and addressing potential risks of churn before they escalate.
