What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing processes that enhance the customer experience at Coupang. You will lead market and customer research initiatives to identify new business opportunities and drive strategic recommendations. Your focus will be on improving both supplier and internal processes to ensure operational excellence. You will collaborate with various business and functional areas to develop initiatives that align with Coupang's objectives. Additionally, you will monitor the effectiveness of implemented processes and make adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. You will also be expected to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring that your insights contribute to Coupang's growth strategy in Taiwan.
