DoorDash is hiring a Manager for their S&O team focused on CPG Ads & Promotions Demand. You'll be responsible for strategy and operationalization to drive growth in the CPG advertiser cohort. This role requires strong collaboration across various teams and a focus on business performance metrics.
You have a strong background in strategy and operations, ideally with experience in advertising or e-commerce. You understand the dynamics of working with CPG advertisers and have a proven track record of driving business performance. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve growth objectives. You are data-driven and can develop modeling and tracking systems to support business forecasting. You are proactive in identifying risks and problem-solving to overcome challenges. You have excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate strategies and insights effectively to various stakeholders.
Experience in retail media networks or similar advertising environments is a plus. Familiarity with performance metrics and OKRs will help you thrive in this role. A background in CPG marketing or sales will enhance your ability to connect with advertisers and drive their success on the platform.
In this role, you will own the business performance across mid-market CPGs, tracking revenue goals and defining strategies to achieve them. You will partner closely with the sales team to develop goals and understand the operating model necessary for growth within existing and new advertiser cohorts. You will collaborate cross-functionally across Strategy & Operations, Insights & Measurement, Product, and Catalog to operationalize strategies that enable success. You will lead the go-to-market motion, developing resources, programs, and playbooks to empower the sales team in driving activation, upsell, and retention. You will track progress, identify risks, and problem-solve against blockers to meet objectives. Additionally, you will build scalable processes and tools to enable automation and reduce manual work across teams. Your role will also involve developing modeling and data tracking to support and advance business forecasting and tracking at scale.
