Your fluency in French will enable you to connect with a wider range of clients and contribute to Vanta's international growth. You have experience using sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, which will help you identify strategic accounts effectively. You are organized and detail-oriented, ensuring that you can manage your outreach efforts efficiently. Your ability to communicate clearly and persuasively will be key in establishing relationships with potential clients and conveying the value of Vanta’s offerings.

Desirable

Experience in the security industry or a related field is a plus, but not required. A background in sales or business development will help you hit the ground running. What you'll do

As a Business Development Representative at Vanta, you will take charge of our outbound sales engine, identifying and engaging with potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline. You will master the process of identifying strategic accounts using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Your role will involve organizing outreach efforts and following up with leads to ensure they are nurtured through the sales funnel.

You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on messaging and strategies that resonate with prospects. Your insights into customer needs will help shape Vanta’s approach to market expansion. You will also participate in training sessions to deepen your understanding of Vanta’s products and the security industry, enabling you to communicate effectively with potential clients.
