What you'll do

As the Finance Systems Manager at Anthropic, you will lead the implementation of Workday Financials for our international entities. This involves defining requirements, designing solutions, and configuring operations to support multi-entity and multi-currency transactions. You will partner with Business Technology and external implementation partners to ensure a smooth deployment process, driving the project from inception through to go-live.

In addition to implementation, you will design intercompany accounting systems that streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Your role will require you to develop training programs and documentation that empower international accounting teams to utilize the new systems effectively. You will also provide ongoing support to these teams, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Your work will be pivotal in building the technical foundation for our financial operations, allowing Anthropic to scale effectively as we grow. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders from various departments, including the San Francisco Finance Systems team, to align on best practices and share insights that drive continuous improvement.
