Senior Manager, Program Management (Buyability and Selection Quality) 

Who you are

You have a proven track record in program management, ideally with experience in e-commerce or related fields. Your ability to build collaborative relationships across diverse teams is essential, as you will work closely with product, engineering, and catalog teams to drive initiatives that enhance Buyability and Selection Quality. You possess excellent attention to detail and are adept at operational process planning, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and effectively. Your analytical capabilities allow you to assess program performance and make data-driven decisions that align with business objectives. You thrive in ambiguous environments and are a self-starter, comfortable taking ownership of multiple operational processes across various stakeholder teams. Your strong business acumen enables you to navigate complex challenges and deliver impactful results.

Desirable

Experience in the e-commerce sector or a similar fast-paced environment is a plus. Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies will enhance your ability to drive program success. A background in customer experience or quality assurance can also be beneficial as you work to improve the overall shopping experience for Coupang's customers in Taiwan.

What you'll do

You will analyze program performance data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations based on your findings.
