Varicent is seeking a Market Development Executive to drive pipeline creation and revenue growth within the Workday ecosystem. This role involves engaging Workday sellers and collaborating with sales teams to expand market presence.
You have a strong background in business development, ideally with experience in the SaaS industry. You understand the importance of building relationships and engaging with partners to drive revenue growth. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with diverse teams will be key to your success in this role. You are results-driven and have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to the growth of Varicent's market presence.
Experience within the Workday ecosystem is a plus, as is familiarity with sales performance management solutions. You have a keen interest in technology and how it can be leveraged to optimize sales strategies. A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and a willingness to learn will set you apart.
As a Market Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving pipeline creation and accelerating revenue growth within the Workday ecosystem. You will engage with Workday sellers and build ecosystem enablement programs that support strategic pursuits. Collaborating closely with Varicent Regional Sales Managers and Presales teams, you will help to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Your success will be measured by the effectiveness of your engagement strategies and the growth of Varicent's market presence.
You will also be tasked with developing and executing initiatives that enhance the visibility of Varicent's solutions within the Workday community. This includes creating marketing materials, conducting presentations, and participating in industry events to showcase Varicent's capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of your efforts.
