What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager at Mark43, you will own the vision and execution of the analytics product. You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and ensuring that the product delivers meaningful insights to first responders and agency leaders. You will conduct user research to understand their needs and pain points, translating these insights into actionable product requirements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will oversee the development process, ensuring that the product is delivered on time and meets quality standards. You will analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and iterate on the product based on user feedback. Your role will also involve stakeholder management, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the product lifecycle.
