Coupang is seeking a Product Operations Specialist to manage catalog processes and establish standard operating procedures. This role requires strong communication skills and experience in process improvement within e-commerce.
You have experience in managing complex processes and can simplify them into clear, visual standard operating procedures (SOPs) that are easy for team members to understand. Your strong communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, ensuring that all voices are heard and integrated into the final SOPs. You are proactive in leading process improvement projects, demonstrating your ability to drive change and enhance operational efficiency. You possess excellent problem-solving skills and are adept at managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
A background in e-commerce platforms is a plus, as is knowledge of catalog management. You have experience working with diverse teams and can manage multiple projects simultaneously, showcasing your organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
In this role, you will analyze processes to define key workflows based on project goals and scopes. You will be responsible for drafting SOPs that visualize complex procedures and incorporate various scenarios to ensure comprehensive guidance for team members.
