Truveta is seeking an IAM Security Engineer to ensure the security and compliance of health data. You'll work with AWS and compliance frameworks to tackle complex health and technical challenges. This role requires a strong background in security engineering.
You have a solid background in security engineering, particularly in Identity and Access Management (IAM) — you understand the critical importance of security in the healthcare sector and are motivated by the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives through data. You are a problem solver who thrives in collaborative environments, willing to roll up your sleeves to tackle complex challenges. Your experience includes working with compliance frameworks and security protocols, ensuring that data is handled securely and responsibly. You are passionate about applying your skills to real-world health solutions and are eager to contribute to a mission-driven team.
Experience with AWS and familiarity with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA would be beneficial. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing requirements while maintaining a focus on security and compliance.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing security measures that protect sensitive health data — you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that security is integrated into all aspects of the data platform. You will conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
