As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation in the flourishing digital marketing industry. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them grow their businesses. You will benefit from a structured training program that includes three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-equipped to succeed. You will also have the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses and participate in recognition programs, including an annual President’s Club Trip, as you achieve your sales targets.
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the potential to earn significant commissions and bonuses, with total on-target earnings projected to be around $85,000 in your first year and between $101,000 and $119,000 in your second year.
