Who you are

You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in the social impact sector. You understand the importance of aligning product features with client needs and business goals. You are skilled in managing product backlogs and prioritizing tasks based on strategic objectives. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and customer success. You are comfortable making real-time decisions during development cycles to ensure alignment with evolving needs. What you'll do

As the Product Owner for Donations at Benevity, you will serve as the key liaison between Product Management and Engineering, representing the product vision within the Donate scrum team. You will own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features, enhancements, bug fixes, and technical requirements based on business value and strategic goals. You will partner with Product Management to align on product strategy, market opportunities, and user problems to solve. Your role will involve collaborating cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver intuitive, data-driven tools that reflect industry standards and evolving needs in the social impact space. You will make real-time decisions during development cycles to keep delivery aligned with evolving needs, ensuring that the product meets the expectations of enterprise clients.
