You have a strong background in project management, ideally with experience in technical program management. You understand the importance of a customer-centric approach and have a proven track record of driving complex projects to successful completion. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is essential, as you will be the link between Field Engineering and internal groups like Product and Sales. You are proactive and innovative, always looking for ways to improve processes and deliver value to customers. You thrive in environments that require technical expertise and have a passion for solving complex data challenges.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the lifecycle of strategic technical programs that originate from customer-facing teams. You will coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure that projects are aligned with customer needs and business objectives. Your responsibilities will include defining project scopes, setting timelines, and managing resources effectively. You will also be responsible for communicating project status to stakeholders and ensuring that all teams are aligned on goals and deliverables. You will leverage your technical knowledge to provide insights and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, helping to navigate challenges and drive successful outcomes.
