Google is seeking a Senior Customer and Partner Solutions Engineer to manage technical solutions for clients in the advertising space. You'll work with Java, Python, and various web technologies to enhance customer experiences. This role requires 6+ years of experience in technical troubleshooting and client management.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 6 years of experience coding with programming languages such as Java, C/C++, or Python. Your expertise extends to client-side web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, which you have utilized in various projects. You possess strong technical troubleshooting skills and have experience managing relationships with internal or external partners and customers. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, as is experience with database technologies like SQL and NoSQL, along with data analysis capabilities. You have a background in technical sales, sales engineering, or professional consulting, particularly within the advertising products ecosystem and AdTech partners. Your ability to develop applications and launch customer-facing products is complemented by your collaborative nature, allowing you to drive technical decisions with various stakeholders.
Experience in the advertising products ecosystem and familiarity with programmatic advertising will set you apart. Your understanding of business needs and technical solutions will enable you to effectively bridge the gap between clients and internal teams.
In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for partner issues, managing cross-functional resolutions to maintain partner confidence and protect key relationships. You will work closely with gTech Ads, responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers across the Ad products stack. Your responsibilities will include enabling better self-help and in-product support, assisting customers in setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions tailored to their business and marketing needs. You will also gather feedback, market insights, and technical needs to inform product roadmaps and engineering enhancements, acting as a conduit to internal teams such as program management, engineering, business development, and sales.
