What you'll do

As the Supervisor of Production, you will oversee the daily operations of the Precision Tube Fabrication team, managing up to 30 technicians. Your responsibilities will include organizing work assignments, monitoring production rates, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will play a key role in developing training programs that enhance the skills of your team members and contribute to their professional growth. Your leadership will be crucial in implementing continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficiency and quality in the production process.

You will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure that production goals align with overall company objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively with your team and other stakeholders will be essential in fostering a positive work environment. You will also be responsible for performance management, providing feedback and support to your team members to help them succeed in their roles.
