What you'll do

As the Solutions Engineering Director at Verkada, you will lead the Select & Territory Solutions Engineering teams, reporting directly to the VP of Solutions Engineering. Your primary responsibility will be to hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team that is engaged and inclusive. You will act as a technical coach and mentor, guiding your team through complex technical challenges and escalations. You will also be responsible for building out programs and processes that enhance the effectiveness of the Solutions Engineering team. Your role will require you to work cross-functionally with other departments to drive initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives. You will play a key role in shaping the team's culture and ensuring that all team members feel supported and empowered to succeed.
