Carta is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to build strong relationships with employees and management across the Product and Design organization. This role requires expertise in people operations and strategic HR initiatives.
You have 5+ years of experience in HR, particularly in a business partner role, where you've developed strong relationships with employees and leadership teams. Your background includes working closely with product and design teams, understanding their unique challenges and needs. You are skilled in navigating complex organizational dynamics and can effectively communicate HR strategies that align with business goals. You have a proven track record of implementing HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and performance. You are data-driven, using metrics to inform your decisions and strategies, and you thrive in environments where you can influence and drive change. You are passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and are committed to supporting the growth and development of employees.
In this role, you will partner with the Product and Design teams to understand their HR needs and challenges. You will provide guidance on talent management, performance reviews, and employee development initiatives. You will work closely with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and enhance employee engagement. You will be responsible for analyzing HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent. You will also lead initiatives aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace, ensuring that all employees feel valued and supported. Additionally, you will facilitate training and development programs that empower employees to reach their full potential. Your role will involve regular communication with employees to address their concerns and provide support, fostering a culture of open dialogue and trust.
