Overview

Twilio is seeking a Senior ABM Manager, Expansion to develop and implement account-based marketing programs aimed at driving expansion within existing customers. This role requires collaboration with various teams to deliver personalized marketing campaigns.

Who you are

You have a strong background in account-based marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and revenue growth. You understand the importance of collaboration and have worked closely with sales and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Your analytical skills allow you to leverage data for optimization and performance measurement, ensuring that marketing programs are effective and impactful. You are passionate about creating personalized customer experiences and have a track record of successfully managing multi-channel campaigns.

Desirable

Experience in the technology or communications sector is a plus, as is familiarity with AI technologies that enhance marketing efforts. You are comfortable using marketing automation tools and have a good understanding of digital marketing metrics. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and refining account-based marketing programs focused on high-priority accounts. You will also be tasked with creating impactful marketing plays that resonate with existing customers and encourage expansion within their accounts.
