What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the asset-backed securitization and whole loan sale process across SoFi Products. You will be responsible for selecting and optimizing loan pools, preparing and reviewing marketing materials, and managing internal reporting needs. You will collaborate with internal and external counsel to review and negotiate transactional terms through to execution. Additionally, you will provide strategic support to internal stakeholders, ensuring that all aspects of the transaction process are executed smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve significant interaction with broker-dealers, investors, and rating agencies, making your communication skills essential for success.
