NICE • Germany - Remote
NICE is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their DACH Sales team. You'll be responsible for acquiring new enterprise clients and managing the full sales cycle. This role requires experience in consultative selling and collaboration with various internal teams.
You have a proven track record as an Account Executive with experience in enterprise sales, particularly within the DACH region. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives is key, as you will be taking a consultative approach to understand their needs and objectives. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with self-directed prospecting to develop a robust pipeline. Your strategic mindset allows you to create effective territory plans that align with business goals.
You possess strong negotiation skills and are adept at running full sales cycles, from account planning and targeted prospecting to contract negotiation and closing deals. You understand the importance of mapping value and developing business cases that resonate with potential clients. Your collaborative nature enables you to work closely with internal teams, including Business Development Representatives, Presales support, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Leadership, ensuring a seamless sales process.
Experience in the technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with digital transformation conversations. You are comfortable representing your company at trade fairs and industry events, showcasing your ability to engage with potential clients and partners.
In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise companies across various industries within the DACH region. You will build and maintain an effective sales pipeline through self-directed prospecting and collaboration with internal resources. Your responsibilities will include developing and reviewing territory plans to meet business goals, running full sales cycles, and taking a consultative approach with senior executives to drive meaningful conversations around value and ROI.
You will coordinate responses to RFPs and RFIs, ensuring that your proposals are tailored to meet the specific needs of potential clients. Your role will also involve preparing and conducting product demonstrations, showcasing how Cognigy can assist clients in their digital transformation journeys. You will represent Cognigy at trade fairs and events, further establishing your presence in the industry and building relationships with key stakeholders.
