Overview

You have a proven track record in managing operations and driving transformation initiatives within technology organizations. With over 5 years of experience, you understand the intricacies of aligning strategy with execution, particularly in product development and business operations. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with diverse teams to achieve common goals. Your leadership style encourages innovation and empowers team members to take strategic risks while solving complex problems together. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to assess processes and identify areas for improvement effectively. You are passionate about creating exceptional experiences for customers and fostering high-performing teams.

Desirable

Experience in the Experience Management category or similar fields is a plus. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools can enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on strategic objectives.

What you'll do
