What you'll do

In this role, you will lead new dental practices through Dandy's onboarding program, helping them ramp up quickly and effectively. You will deliver engaging training sessions, both virtually and on-site, tailored to the learning styles and structure of each practice. Your responsibilities will include demonstrating best practices in intraoral scanning and digital workflows, offering hands-on coaching during live sessions. You will build credibility and trust with clients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their transition to digital dentistry.

You will also continue to coach practices on scan quality, ordering workflows, and feature adoption to ensure long-term success. This high-impact, customer-facing role will require you to travel up to 20% of the time for in-practice training and support. Your ability to foster relationships and drive measurable outcomes will be essential in helping practices fully leverage Dandy's technology and support.
