Odeko is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Moonachie, NJ to support local cafes and coffee shops through technology. You'll be responsible for fulfilling customer orders and managing inventory. This entry-level position requires physical stamina and the ability to operate warehouse equipment.
You are an entry-level candidate eager to join a dynamic warehouse team. You may have experience as a Warehouse Worker, Picker-Packer, Ramp Agent, Baggage Handler, or in Food Service, which makes you a great fit for this role. You are physically capable of moving boxes weighing up to 60 pounds and are comfortable working in a refrigerated environment. You understand the importance of accuracy and efficiency in fulfilling customer orders and are ready to contribute to a team that supports local businesses.
In this role, you will use an RF scanner to identify and pull items to build customer orders, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. You will frequently move boxes throughout the fulfillment center, utilizing hand trucks, pallet jacks, or electric pallet jacks to transport inventory. Your shift will typically run from Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30 am to 5 pm, and you will be working in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and teamwork. You will also have the opportunity to learn about the technology that supports small businesses and contribute to their success.
