Sitetracker is seeking a Learning Content Creator to enhance their training strategy through high-quality eLearning content. You'll utilize tools like Articulate Rise and Storyline to create engaging learning experiences. This role requires demonstrated experience in eLearning development.
You have a strong background in eLearning content development, with demonstrated experience building new eLearning and microlearning from start to finish. Your hands-on experience with modern eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, and Genially allows you to create interactive and visually engaging learning experiences. You are skilled in creating and editing video-based learning assets, ensuring that all content is clear, engaging, and scalable. Your effective collaboration skills enable you to build strong relationships with Subject Matter Experts and other stakeholders, allowing for a seamless content creation process. You proactively identify content gaps and improvement opportunities, taking ownership of deliverables from start to finish to ensure accountability and successful outcomes.
In this role, you will play a key part in executing and scaling Sitetracker's training strategy through high-quality learning content. You will enhance learning experiences by creating engaging learning content that supports understanding and practical skill application. Your work will raise the standards for how the organization approaches learning and development, ensuring the quality, consistency, and impact of all content delivered. You will be responsible for improving how individual learning assets connect within existing training paths, enabling faster creation of new and updated eLearning while improving consistency and learner engagement. You will continuously gather feedback to improve deliverables and support important internal readiness and customer adoption initiatives. Your role will be vital in ensuring that all content aligns with the brand and meets the needs of both internal teams and customers.
