Tekion is hiring a Customer Support Engineer I to coordinate and communicate with dealership clients regarding support issues. This role requires a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences and is based in Cincinnati or Salt Lake City.
You are an enthusiastic individual who thrives on challenges and is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences. In this entry-level role, you will be a subject matter expert in your domain, helping to coordinate and communicate with our dealership clients regarding support issues. You enjoy working both independently and collaboratively within a team in an agile environment, ensuring that the support team stays on track with processes and deliverables. You are located in the Cincinnati, Ohio area or the Salt Lake City area, and you are available for a shift from 12pm to 9pm EST.
As a Customer Support Engineer I, you will take ownership of customer inquiries and support issues, ensuring that they are resolved efficiently and effectively. You will act as a liaison between the dealership clients and the support team, facilitating clear communication and understanding of client needs. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, providing guidance on the use of our cloud-native automotive platform, and ensuring that clients receive timely updates on their inquiries. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes, sharing insights and feedback with the team to enhance the overall customer experience.
