Swile is seeking a Senior Risk & Control Specialist to enhance the management of employee benefits through innovative solutions. You'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and improving user experience. This role requires expertise in risk management and control processes.
You have a strong background in risk management and control processes, ideally with experience in the financial technology sector. Your analytical skills allow you to assess risks effectively and implement necessary controls to mitigate them. You understand the importance of compliance with regulations and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all operations align with legal requirements. You are proactive in identifying potential risks and developing strategies to address them, contributing to a safer and more efficient work environment.
You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience of financial products. Your communication skills enable you to convey complex risk concepts to stakeholders at all levels, fostering a culture of risk awareness within the organization. You are passionate about leveraging technology to improve processes and are always looking for innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Experience in the worktech industry or with electronic money institutions would be a plus. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks applicable to financial services is highly desirable.
