Who you are

You have over 7 years of experience in product management, particularly in consumer-facing products, ideally within a rapidly growing tech startup environment. Your background includes a deep understanding of product vision development, requirements definition, and resource coordination, allowing you to lead teams effectively. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to derive insights from complex data and design experiments such as A/B testing and funnel analysis. Your customer-centric mindset drives your approach to product development, ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of your strategies. You are known for your high level of responsibility and execution capability, with a strategic mindset that helps you solve problems and achieve goals. Excellent communication skills are essential for you, as you collaborate with various stakeholders, including executives, developers, and operations teams.

Desirable

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Science, or a related field is preferred. Experience in fintech, particularly in payments or benefits, is a plus, as is experience launching consumer-facing mobile products. You thrive in collaborative environments, especially when working with global teams.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager in Coupang's Fintech organization, you will establish and execute product vision, strategy, goals, and roadmaps aimed at enhancing customer experiences. You will lead the design of product features and communication strategies based on insights into customer behavior and journeys. Your role will involve collaborating with diverse teams, including Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Analytics, to drive product development and improvements. You will manage product functionalities and experiments from inception to completion, defining product requirements, setting design directions, and leading technical implementations. Through collaboration with various stakeholders, you will set and execute product direction, ensuring alignment with company goals.
