N26 is seeking a Trust & Safety Analyst to protect users from online threats and enhance security processes. You'll collaborate with Product Development and Customer Service to ensure a secure banking experience. This role requires strong investigative skills and a commitment to user safety.
You have a strong understanding of online security and risk management — your experience has equipped you to identify and mitigate threats effectively. You possess excellent analytical skills, enabling you to track fraud trends and investigate complex scenarios with precision. Your ability to communicate empathetically makes you adept at handling sensitive customer cases, ensuring that users feel supported and valued. You are proactive in educating others about security hygiene and phishing protection, fostering a culture of safety within the organization. You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of maintaining clear and accessible documentation that supports internal processes. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance security measures and improve customer experiences.
Experience in the financial sector or with online banking security is a plus, as is familiarity with fraud detection tools and methodologies. A background in training or educating others about security practices would be beneficial, as would any certifications related to risk management or cybersecurity.
In this role, you will monitor and detect potential fraud by proactively tracking trends and identifying complex patterns using internal monitoring systems. You will lead investigations into risk events, ensuring that outcomes are valid and accurate while handling sensitive customer cases with empathy. You will design and deliver internal training content that covers essential security practices, acting as a Trust & Safety ambassador across the organization. Your responsibilities will include owning and maintaining process documentation and Support Center materials, ensuring they are clear, accessible, and up-to-date. You will conduct comprehensive reviews of Customer Service processes to identify and close security gaps, continuously improving the overall security posture of N26. You will collaborate with Product Development to optimize security measures and ensure that customer-facing processes are efficient and secure.
