Lavendo is seeking a Sales Engineer (Voice AI) to lead implementation projects for their AI-powered voice system. You'll engage directly with customers to deliver business results and design technical solutions. This role requires experience in AI and customer engagement.
You have a strong background in sales engineering, particularly in AI technologies — you understand how to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for clients. Your experience includes engaging with customers to ensure successful implementation and adoption of technology solutions. You are adept at managing projects from inception to completion, guiding clients through the onboarding process and ensuring they achieve tangible results. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. You are passionate about helping small businesses leverage technology to enhance their operations and customer interactions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working autonomously while also being a team player.
Experience in the voice AI space is a plus, as is familiarity with customer service operations across various industries. A background in project management or technical account management will also be beneficial in this role.
