What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the engineering efforts for Careem's Everything App, focusing on integrating AI to streamline operations and enhance user experiences. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define the technical vision and roadmap for the platform. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding your team through the development process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards.

You will be responsible for mentoring and developing your engineering team, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers. You will foster a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to share ideas and take ownership of their work. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.
