What you'll do

As the Director of Software Engineering, you will lead a team of approximately 35 software developers, overseeing their work across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and security. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and other internal business units to define project requirements and deliver impactful software solutions.

You will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of the team, providing guidance on best practices and architectural decisions. Your leadership will foster a supportive and energetic culture within the team, encouraging innovation and collaboration. You will also be involved in strategic planning, helping to align the software engineering efforts with the overall business goals of EnergySolutions.
