Flexport is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to bridge the gap between various teams and ensure successful deployment of integrations for complex customers. This role requires strong collaboration skills and experience in managing integrations.
You have a strong background in solutions consulting, ideally with experience in global trade or logistics. You excel at bridging communication between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the integration process. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, allowing you to navigate complex challenges and deliver effective solutions. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for understanding customer needs, which helps you tailor solutions that drive success. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with diverse teams to achieve common goals. You are adaptable and can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of integrations for Flexport's largest and most complex customers. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, Global Operations, Solutions Engineers, and Product Teams to ensure that integrations are deployed successfully and utilized effectively. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements from customers, designing integration solutions, and overseeing the implementation process. You will also be responsible for monitoring the stability of the integrations and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization within the integration process, helping to enhance the overall customer experience.
