Multiply is seeking a Finance and Business Operations Lead to oversee the financial and operational backbone of their rapidly scaling fintech. You'll be responsible for strategic finance, capital markets, and core business operations. This role requires strong management and communication skills, particularly in a fintech environment.
You have a strong background in finance and business operations, ideally with experience in fintech or regulated financial products. You thrive in ambiguity and have the ability to build structure where none exists. Your management and communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively engage with executives, partners, and external stakeholders. You are a systems thinker who enjoys process design and operational rigor, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly.
Experience scaling finance and operations functions at an early-stage company is a plus. You understand the unique challenges that come with rapid growth and are prepared to tackle them head-on. Your previous roles have equipped you with the skills necessary to manage capital relationships and develop financial strategies that align with company goals.
