What you'll do

As the Engineering Director for Developer Experience at Adyen, you will lead efforts to enhance the integration experience for our merchants and partners. You will be responsible for shaping the developer journey, ensuring that integrating with Adyen is not only easy but also a superior experience. You will work closely with engineering teams to identify areas of friction and develop tools and content to eliminate these challenges. Your role will involve strategic planning and execution of initiatives aimed at improving developer satisfaction and success.

You will advocate for developers within the organization, ensuring their needs are prioritized in product development and enhancements. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer success teams to gather feedback and insights that will inform your strategies. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the developer experience team.
