Hudl is seeking a Customer Success Manager to enhance relationships with Mid Market Football customers in the APAC region. You'll focus on maximizing customer satisfaction and retention. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer success.
You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within the sports or technology sectors. Your ability to develop strong relationships with clients is paramount — you understand the importance of being a trusted partner and advocate for your customers. You are results-driven, with a focus on achieving renewal targets and maximizing customer satisfaction. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively demonstrate products and educate users on their benefits. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges that come with managing multiple accounts across diverse markets.
Experience in the sports industry or with sports technology products is a plus. Familiarity with customer relationship management tools and data analytics can enhance your effectiveness in this role. A background in sales or marketing can also be beneficial, as it provides a broader understanding of customer engagement strategies.
As a Customer Success Manager at Hudl, you will be responsible for retaining and expanding our Mid Market Football customer base across the APAC region. You will develop strong relationships with customers, ensuring they receive maximum value from their subscriptions. This involves regular check-ins, product demonstrations, and educational sessions to help users fully leverage our offerings. You will work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly renewal targets, running meetings to discuss progress and address any concerns.
