Axon is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Success to lead initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and drive engagement. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to public safety.

You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with experience in technology or public safety sectors. Your leadership skills are complemented by a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to foster strong relationships. You thrive in environments that require collaboration and are passionate about making a positive impact in the community. You are adept at navigating complex challenges and are committed to empowering your team to achieve their goals. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate strategies and insights effectively to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience in AI-powered technologies or emergency services is a plus. Familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes will enhance your ability to drive customer success initiatives. A background in project management or operations can also be beneficial in this role.

As the Senior Manager, Customer Success, you will lead a team dedicated to ensuring that our customers derive maximum value from our products and services.
