Overview

Google is seeking an Account Manager in Financial Services to drive client relationships and manage advertising solutions. You'll leverage your expertise in video media and Google products to maximize customer success. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or marketing roles. Your background includes selling performance and video solutions to clients in sensitive industries such as finance and healthcare, and you understand the importance of managing brand safety and suitability requirements. You possess expertise in video media, including upfront deals, media planning, campaign management, and measurement techniques like Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and conversion lift. Your understanding of Google products, including Search, YouTube Brand and Performance, and DV360, allows you to navigate the broader media landscape effectively. You are passionate about measuring media's impact throughout the purchase funnel and are committed to maximizing customer success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build trusted relationships with customers, uncovering their business needs and translating them into powerful advertising solutions that help them achieve their most ambitious goals. You will manage an account on a daily basis, scaling campaigns and troubleshooting issues with both clients and internal specialist teams. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing large-scale client-facing summits with key decision-makers in large organizations to create new business opportunities. You will keep thorough records of customer business objectives and understand how these impact their spend with Google. You will collaborate closely with sellers to shape the future of advertising in the AI era, ensuring that you deliver extraordinary and incremental outcomes for both Google and your customers.
