What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans that align with Oscar's mission of serving its members. You will lead initiatives that drive member retention and enhance consumer experience through innovative marketing strategies. You will collaborate closely with the Associate Director of Product Marketing and other team members to ensure that marketing efforts are data-driven and aligned with organizational objectives. Your role will involve monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making adjustments as necessary to optimize performance. You will also be tasked with mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
