Pinterest is seeking a Product Designer II for their Growth team to enhance user conversion and identity experiences. You'll collaborate with product managers and engineers to design intuitive login and sign-up flows. This role requires experience in UI design and proficiency in Figma.
You have a strong background in product design, particularly in user interface design, with a focus on enhancing user experiences. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment and have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers. Your design process is data-driven, and you thrive on feedback from stakeholders to refine your work. You are passionate about creating inviting and intuitive user experiences that drive engagement and conversion. You understand the importance of user activation and have a keen eye for detail in your designs. You are familiar with the tools and methodologies that support effective design practices, particularly in the context of growth and user acquisition.
In this role, you will design and ship user interfaces for login and sign-up flows, as well as conversion upsell moments that enhance the overall Pinner activation journey. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data partners to define and execute roadmaps for the Pinner Conversion and Identity teams. Your work will involve conducting user research to understand pain points and opportunities for improvement in the user journey. You will be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with Pinterest's brand and user experience goals. You will also participate in design reviews and iterate on your designs based on feedback from various stakeholders. Your ability to balance creativity with analytical thinking will be crucial as you push boundaries and explore new ideas to improve user engagement.
