You have 5+ years of experience in network security, with a strong background in troubleshooting complex network environments. Your expertise includes firewall configurations, VPN technologies, and access-control lists, enabling you to provide top-notch support to customers. You are skilled in scripting languages such as Perl and understand the importance of automation in enhancing security and stability. You take initiative in identifying potential pitfalls and advising customers on best practices. Your communication skills allow you to keep customers informed throughout the resolution process, ensuring a positive experience.
Experience with automation tools and techniques is a plus, as is familiarity with the Rackspace Cloud product portfolio.
