What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for some of Elastic's largest clients, helping them leverage the Elastic Stack to achieve their business objectives. You will develop a deep understanding of customer goals and objectives, ensuring that you can effectively communicate how Elastic's offerings can address their needs. Your responsibilities will include conducting technical presentations, leading workshops, and providing hands-on support during the implementation of solutions. You will also engage with the regional Elastic community through events and programs, fostering relationships that can lead to new business opportunities.

You will collaborate closely with the sales team to enable them to effectively position Elastic's solutions in the market. This may involve creating technical documentation, case studies, and other materials that highlight the value of the Elastic Stack. You will also be responsible for gathering feedback from clients and relaying it to the product team to help shape future developments.
