Benchling is seeking a Scientific Enablement Lead to design and deliver technical product training for their GTM organization. This role requires a strong scientific background and the ability to translate scientific expertise into effective training programs.
You are a scientist with a deep understanding of the biotechnology field, having firsthand experience working at the bench. Your background allows you to empathize with the challenges faced by scientists, such as manual data entry and compliance issues. You possess the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into training materials that empower sales teams to effectively communicate the value of Benchling's platform. Your curiosity about both science and sales drives you to create impactful enablement programs that enhance the performance of the GTM organization. You have a proven track record of designing and delivering training that resonates with diverse audiences, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the knowledge they need to succeed.
Experience in a biotech company or a strong network within the biotech community would be advantageous. Familiarity with sales processes and enablement strategies will further enhance your ability to contribute to Benchling's mission.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive technical product training for Solution Consultants and Account Executives. You will collaborate closely with product teams to ensure that training materials are up-to-date and reflect the latest advancements in Benchling's offerings. Your role will involve creating competitive intelligence resources that help the sales team understand the market landscape and position Benchling effectively against competitors. You will also develop enablement programs that foster continuous learning and improvement within the GTM organization, ensuring that all team members are well-versed in the scientific principles that underpin Benchling's platform. By leveraging your scientific expertise, you will play a crucial role in accelerating the learning curve for new hires and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the sales team.
