About This Role
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll be instrumental in scaling multiple projects from concept to production, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. You'll drive engineering excellence while optimizing for quality, cost, and efficiency.

Key job responsibilities
Project Leadership
• Own and drive QCDB (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Budget) targets in partnership with PM’s
• Lead detailed planning for assembly, production, and logistics operations
• Energize and coordinate manufacturing teams to meet critical deadlines
• Provide data-driven status reports and contribute to gate reviews
• Drive decision-making within sub-teams and manage escalations effectively

Technical Excellence
• Spearhead co-engineering initiatives to optimize manufacturing work packages
• Deliver comprehensive Build-to-Print manufacturing documentation
• Implement and maintain robust risk management protocols
• Ensure "first time right" documentation and processes
• Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles
• Strong background in QA/QC methodologies
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Deep understanding of Product Development Process (PDP)
• Experience with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
• Strong financial acumen with experience in cost optimization
• Track record of successful cross-functional team leadership
• Experience with risk management in manufacturing environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven decision-making mindset
