You have a proven track record in partnership management, with at least 7-10 years of experience in building and scaling strategic partnerships within the technology sector. Your expertise in sales enablement is complemented by a deep understanding of how to leverage AI-driven capabilities to enhance sales productivity and buyer engagement. You thrive in a hybrid work environment and are comfortable collaborating with teams across different locations, including Chicago, Boston, Austin, and New York. You possess strong leadership skills and have successfully led teams in developing and executing partnership strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
You are data-driven and have a knack for analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify new partnership opportunities. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, from internal teams to external partners. You are passionate about building relationships and understand the importance of aligning partnership goals with overall business objectives. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of a rapidly changing market landscape, ensuring that your strategies remain relevant and impactful.
Experience in international markets, particularly in regions such as France, the Nordics, India, and Japan, is a plus. You will also be responsible for analyzing the performance of partnerships and making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
