Waymo is seeking a Quality & Training Program Manager to enhance operational quality within the Mapping Operations team. You'll leverage technical expertise to analyze QA data and partner cross-functionally to drive improvements. This role is based in Hyderabad and offers a salary range of ₹1,800,000—₹2,180,000 INR.
You have a strong background in quality assurance and training, with experience in program management. You are a subject matter expert in Quality & Training, capable of systematically analyzing QA data to identify trends and performance gaps. Your technical expertise allows you to influence quality improvements effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment, partnering cross-functionally with other Program Managers to enhance operational quality. You are comfortable working with vendor teams and have a knack for leveraging content management to drive quality outcomes. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are skilled at developing actionable solutions based on your analyses.
In this role, you will act as a point of contact for vendor teams, helping them improve operational quality through your expertise. You will systematically analyze QA data to identify trends and root causes of performance gaps, owning the solutions from start to finish. You will partner with other Program Managers to implement quality improvements across the Mapping Operations team. Your responsibilities will include developing training materials and content management strategies that directly influence the quality of the program. You will also be involved in the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring they meet the quality standards set by Waymo. As the team scales, you will play a crucial role in automating simpler tasks to enhance overall efficiency. Your work will contribute to Waymo's mission of improving access to mobility and saving lives through autonomous driving technology.
