What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Global Head of Healthcare to design and implement primary research initiatives that focus on key areas within the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. You will be responsible for generating innovative ideas for research content that resonates with US institutional investors. Leading and moderating interviews with physicians, researchers, and industry executives will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that the insights gathered are valuable and actionable. You will also mentor junior analysts, guiding them in their research efforts and helping them develop their skills. Your work will contribute significantly to the Insights product, enhancing the value we provide to our clients.

What we offer

Guidepoint offers a competitive salary range of $230,000—$250,000, along with an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
