What you'll do

In this role, you will be part of a global production support team responsible for some of the largest SAP systems in the world. You will take direct responsibility for resolving business-impacting issues, ensuring that Apple’s operations run smoothly. Your day-to-day tasks will involve hands-on troubleshooting and analysis of SAP systems, focusing primarily on the Order to Cash domain.

You will collaborate closely with other teams to design and implement solutions that address operational challenges. This includes configuring and testing SAP systems to ensure they meet business requirements. You will also engage in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas where processes can be optimized for better efficiency.

Your role will require you to document issues and resolutions, providing insights that can help prevent future occurrences.
