Aircall is seeking an Information Security Manager to lead the development of governance, policy, and compliance frameworks. You'll work on building a security-first culture and ensuring readiness against major security frameworks. This role requires experience in security management and compliance.
You have a strong background in information security management, with at least 5 years of experience in governance, risk management, and compliance. You understand the importance of building a security-first culture and have a proven track record of implementing security frameworks within organizations. Your expertise in compliance ensures that you can navigate complex regulatory environments effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at working with cross-functional teams to drive security initiatives. You are proactive in identifying security risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the organization is prepared against potential threats. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
In this role, you will take ownership of Aircall's information security strategy, focusing on building and maturing the governance, policy, and compliance foundations. You will work closely with the CTO and the Security & Infrastructure Engineering teams to establish a robust security framework that aligns with industry standards. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the organization is ready against major security frameworks and driving a culture of security awareness across all teams. You will lead initiatives to assess and improve the organization's security posture, conducting regular audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities. Additionally, you will develop and implement security policies and procedures that comply with relevant regulations and best practices. You will also be responsible for training and educating employees on security protocols, fostering a security-conscious environment throughout the organization.
