What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end recruiting process for G&A roles, partnering closely with leaders across Finance, People, and Legal teams. You will develop and execute strategic recruiting plans, including competitive mapping and targeted sourcing, to build long-term talent pipelines. Your responsibilities will include creating exceptional candidate experiences that showcase Anthropic's mission and unique growth opportunities for G&A professionals. You will design and implement scalable recruiting processes that effectively assess functional expertise, business acumen, and cultural alignment.

You will track recruiting metrics and use data to identify bottlenecks and optimize processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience. You will collaborate with G&A leadership to understand business priorities and team structures, allowing you to identify the ideal candidate profiles and required competencies across different functions.
