Anthropic is seeking a Mid-Level Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruiting for G&A roles across Finance, People, and Legal functions. This role requires strong partnership skills and the ability to create exceptional candidate experiences.
You have experience in recruiting, particularly in General and Administrative roles, and understand the nuances of hiring for Finance, People, and Legal functions. You can assess not just functional expertise but also alignment with company values and adaptability in a high-growth environment. You excel at building trusted partnerships with leadership to understand business priorities and ideal candidate profiles. You are skilled in developing strategic recruiting plans and creating exceptional candidate experiences that reflect the company's mission and growth trajectory.
You are data-driven, capable of tracking recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize processes. You have a strong understanding of the recruiting landscape and can effectively source and engage top talent. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end recruiting process for G&A roles, partnering closely with leaders across Finance, People, and Legal teams. You will develop and execute strategic recruiting plans, including competitive mapping and targeted sourcing, to build long-term talent pipelines. Your responsibilities will include creating exceptional candidate experiences that showcase Anthropic's mission and unique growth opportunities for G&A professionals. You will design and implement scalable recruiting processes that effectively assess functional expertise, business acumen, and cultural alignment.
You will track recruiting metrics and use data to identify bottlenecks and optimize processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience. You will collaborate with G&A leadership to understand business priorities and team structures, allowing you to identify the ideal candidate profiles and required competencies across different functions.
