You are a detail-oriented and analytical professional with experience in email marketing and customer engagement strategies. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess technical expertise in platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Your coding skills in HTML and CSS enable you to build and test effective email communications and push notifications. You are organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance. You have a strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and are eager to continuously improve marketing performance through data-driven decisions. You are a collaborative team player, ready to partner with tech teams to enhance marketing cloud platforms and optimize customer experiences.
In this role, you will support and develop Zappos' global email and push notification program, playing a critical part in driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for coding, building, and testing email communications and push notifications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality. Daily tasks will include setting up and launching dynamic content, monitoring active campaigns, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. You will refresh and modernize existing email templates as needed and manage the calendar across multiple campaigns to ensure on-time delivery. Additionally, you will execute A/B tests to enhance performance and serve as the technical expert for marketing cloud reporting, targeting, acquisition, and retention opportunities.
